Group Discounts: Groups of 3 or more registrants from the same practice can save $50.00 off each registration. Contact Taylor O’Sullivan at taylor@veritasmeetings.com for a special code to register your group.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be received by the management office by email to debbi@veritasmeetingsolutions.com no later than November 6, 2019, for a refund of tuition to be issued. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied.No refunds will be accepted after November 6, 2019. The organizers will not refund any travel costs incurred.
